NEW RULE

Beginning with Week 5...

Non-acceptance of a weekly match-up will be the same as logging 0 miles!

*Example 1: A runner logged 23 miles in Week 4, then does not accept the Week 5 challenge. She will be logged as having 0 miles and it will count against her team's average.

**Example 2: A runner logs 23 miles in Week 3, then 0 miles in Week 4 . He is placed on the bench for Week 5. However, he does not accept the Week 5 challenge. He will be logged as having 0 miles again. He will be on the bench again for Week 6, to be dropped unless he posts miles that week.

**************

Updated 0 MILEAGE REGULATION:

1st week with no miles logged/non-acceptance of challenge: the runner will be included in their team's average

2nd consecutive week with no miles logged/non-acceptance of challenge: the runner will be 'benched' and they won't be included in their team's average.

3rd consecutive week with no miles logged/non-acceptance of challenge: the runner will be suspended and removed from the NFL!

I am going to have to go on the injured reserve list. Could you remove me? I am sorry I let the Ravens down.

Thanks...Aaron

Hi Aaron,

Unfortunately you have been dropped from the Ravens per the 0 mileage rule.

I hope that you are getting better and your team hopes to see you back next year for NFL Runnerbowl II!!!
