Beginning with Week 5...
Non-acceptance of a weekly match-up will be the same as logging 0 miles!
*Example 1: A runner logged 23 miles in Week 4, then does not accept the Week 5 challenge. She will be logged as having 0 miles and it will count against her team's average.
**Example 2: A runner logs 23 miles in Week 3, then 0 miles in Week 4 . He is placed on the bench for Week 5. However, he does not accept the Week 5 challenge. He will be logged as having 0 miles again. He will be on the bench again for Week 6, to be dropped unless he posts miles that week.

Updated 0 MILEAGE REGULATION:
1st week with no miles logged/non-acceptance of challenge: the runner will be included in their team's average
2nd consecutive week with no miles logged/non-acceptance of challenge: the runner will be 'benched' and they won't be included in their team's average.
3rd consecutive week with no miles logged/non-acceptance of challenge: the runner will be suspended and removed from the NFL!

Unfortunately you have been dropped from the Ravens per the 0 mileage rule.
I hope that you are getting better and your team hopes to see you back next year for NFL Runnerbowl II!!!
